1.    Shipping Locations 

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states and U.S. territories. We do not currently offer international shipping services.

2.    Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment.

3.    Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

·      Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

·      Estimated delivery time is typically 3-7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

·      We use USPS media rate for shipping.

4.    Packaging

Each copy of  Paper Girl's World is securely packaged with protective materials to ensure it arrives in premium condition.

5.    Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses are complete and correct at the time of purchase.  Chinoiserie Books LLC is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6.    Lost or Stolen Packages 

Once a package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, Chinoiserie Books LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items.  If your order appears to be missing after delivery, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number or reach out to us for assistance.
